Citizens of Smith County, wake up! Your beloved Judge Baker is not the man you think he is!
In 2011, Tyler Police Department responded to Baker's residence on West Charnwood for sexual harassment! Since then, Joel Baker and his cronies have done everything they could to suppress this story. Fear not! I have uploaded the 6 page police report for all to see.

I implore you to read it and consider the following observations.
These are stone cold facts.
1) From page 2 to page 4, Pedroza's claim that the first message read "Come on over" is somehow conveniently omitted this from the report. Notes were even reviewed by Matthew Leigeber.
2) Judge Skeen denied the warrant to obtain Judge Baker's laptop.
Speculations and other tidbits of info
1) When Judge Baker's wife was contacted, his wife told the officers that Joel was out of town for "continuing education." How is it that his own wife didn't know where he was?
2) Judge Baker's "stolen electricity" story doesn't add up. We are to believe that he hired an electrician, twice, who told him that the outlet was "using too much power"? Ever heard of circuit breakers? That must be one smart electrician......
3) Judge Baker brought offered his laptop for examination the next day. However, he had plenty of time to move/delete any evidence of wrong doing. How nice. All criminals should be offered the same.....
4) The Pedroza family was threatened multiple times over this incident, after which they moved. The family claims that their green cards were brought up in several such threats.
So Smith County, who would support this man? How about a thief and self proclaimed drug user, Anwar Khalifa?

That's right Smith County, the owner of Pyramid Homes is one of Joel Baker's biggest supporters. In fact, Joel Baker attended a "meet and greet" hosted by Anwar back on January 27. You can find the post right on Joel Baker's facebook page.
So whats wrong with a prominent business man supporting a political figure? Well glad you asked. In 2009, Frisco PD Officer Jerry Profeta caught Anwar smoking pot in a parking lot. According to the officer, "Khalifa admitted he was smoking marijuana...the rest of the joint...still in the car. Khalifa also admitted to smoking pot at least once a week."
Khalifa, the former head of the East Texas Islamic Society and Police Chaplain, was asked to resign by Tyler's chief of police. (Source: Tyler Paper July 23, 2009)
Frisco Police Sgt. Crawford took the remainder of the marijuana and rolling paper and logged it as evidence and also notified the Tyler Police Department of the incident. (Source: Tyler Paper July 23, 2009)
So there you have it, a self proclaimed druggie. You can obtain more info about this event here or by contacting Frisco PD.
It doesn't stop there. Also in 2009, Longview Police Department arrested Khalifa for "building theft." Police report is available by contacting Longview PD.
A thief and self proclaimed druggie backing Judge Joel Baker, and Judge Baker couldn't be happier.
